The App collects and uses the following information to provide health management and AI assistant functions to users:
- Healthcare Data: Physical measurement data such as sleep duration, sleep quality, heart rate, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, and muscle mass. This data is obtained from devices linked via Bluetooth.
- AI Chat Interaction Data: Questions or text data entered by users in the AI chat function within the App. This data is used solely for generating AI responses.
- Location Information: Due to Android system specifications, location permission is used for searching and connecting to Bluetooth devices. The Company does not track or store the user's location.
2. Purpose of Using App Data
- To visualize the user's daily health status and support health management.
- To provide appropriate health advice by answering user questions through AI chat.
- To synchronize data with external measurement devices.
*Product ordering, payment, and delivery operations are not conducted within the App.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Retention Period: User data is securely stored during the period of App usage. Data that has not been used for more than 2 years will be automatically deleted or anonymized.
Data Deletion (User Rights): Users can request data deletion at any time.
- Deletion within the App: All data can be immediately deleted from "Settings" > "Delete Account".
- Inquiries: Deletion requests can also be handled by contacting the email address below.
4. Restriction on Third-Party Provision (Including AI Data)
The Company will never sell, share, or transfer collected healthcare data or AI chat interaction data to third parties.
Furthermore, data entered into the AI chat will not be used for training external AI models or for advertising purposes by third parties. All data is strictly managed solely for the purpose of providing services within the App.

Personal information refers to information about an individual that can identify a specific individual, such as name, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address, occupation, place of work, etc.

- Inquiries and confirmations from the Company necessary for business execution.
- Responding to various inquiries.

The Company will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, unless there is a legitimate reason such as being based on laws and regulations.

In the course of performing business such as providing services to customers, the Company may provide a portion of personal information to external contractors. In such cases, the Company will manage the contractors to ensure they handle personal information appropriately.

To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company has appointed a Personal Information Protection Manager and strives for sufficient security protection. We also conduct appropriate management of the entrusted personal information to keep it accurate and up-to-date.
Inquiry, Correction, or Deletion of Information Content
If a customer wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete personal information provided to the Company, we will respond promptly within a reasonable scope after confirming the customer's identity.

Data entry and transmission are conducted via SSL encrypted communication, ensuring that all communication between the customer's web browser and the server is encrypted, and the entered content is transmitted safely.
